Peasant Gown
When the beautiful baby Princess Aurora was cursed by the evil Malificent, her only hope for survival is to be hidden away until her sixteenth birthday. The three fairies care for the Princess in a tiny cottage in the woods, and refer to her only as "Briar Rose" to protect her identity. This is the adorable "peasant" dress she wears out in the woods the day she first meets the handsome Prince Stephan.
The cute little ensemble was created out of cotton broadcloth, and made one piece but appears as a skirt and blouse. The corset cincher is made of black suede and laces up the back. She also carries a purple wrap. A very simple, but recognizable ensemble-Sure to put a smile on any shy princess' face.
