This is one of Padme's costumes that I created after only seeing a few peeks of thanks to Hyperspace. Granted it is not entirely 'screen accurate' given how early it was created.
Padme is obviously pregnant in the costume, and therefore it has the typical maternity empire waistline, and has cute gathers to create a "skirt like" bottom of the tunic.  The top is sleeveless and has a cute little collar. Her arms are covered by long gauntlets. The pants are pretty simple but slim fitting. The fabrics appear to be suede, or suede cloth (which is what I used). The top is a bit darker than the pants. The bodice is adorned with dark brown leather strapping (I used faux leather) that cross the busline, and there appears to be a gold buckle on the belt, and gold broach towards the bottom of the collar. I did not had a great look at the jewelry, so I used a neat broach I found at a second hand store for the "buckle", and am still on the hunt for another one for the top.
I made the brown 'harness' strapping removable, and it attaches with velcro on the sides.
Padme also wears high brown riding boots with this costume. I had a pair of brown boots in my stash, and I took pics of them with the costume to try and capture the feel--They are not perfect.

I thought this costume was pretty cute when I first saw it, and I thought I would have some fun and see how I could create it.
