Gown from Ever After
A Cinderella Story
This is a gown I always wanted to re-create and finally did for myself to wear to the Masquerade at Dragon Con 2003. The hardest part of making this gown had to be finding materials to make it look antique enough. I combined sparkle crinkle organza, matte satin, metallic bullion trim, tons of pearls and swarvoski crystals, embroidered english net and beaded fringe and trim to create this gown. Many of the pieces were hand aged and dyed to simulate age and wear while maintaining the regal, dreamy elegance of the original. I also created the huge Da Vinci wings and the iconic "Glass Slippers".
I do not accept orders for cusome costumes.
