Here are some pictures of my Silk version of the Pastel Lake gown.
Over 14 yards of silk went into this gown. The undergown and the lining is ecru colored silk that feels like a dream. The overlay and the "wings" and back drape are delicate silk chiffon that were hand dyed in several pastel shades. The gown simply floats on air and is as soft as a cloud. It was a challenge to create, but I'm quite happy with the completed gown.
