This gown is worn by the Amy Lee, the lead singer of the group Evanescense in their video for the song "My Immortal". 

The gown is a simple ballet style with a tight fitting corset style top, which I laced up in the back with silk satin ribbon. The soft flowing skirt is delicate chiffon over matte satin, and features a hankerchief hem that is un-finished. The hemline of the skirt is adorned with sparkling silver sequins floral clusters. 

The video is entirely in black and white, but behind the scene photos prove the original gown is a delicate ballet pink.

I included a floral garland made of baby pink roses to be worn in the hair, very similar to the one worn in the video.
